By using InstaAutopilot you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

InstaAutopilot is an Instagram automation SaaS platform that allows Instagram Business account owners to automate comment replies, DM responses, and content publishing using keyword-triggered rules and AI-generated content.

2. Eligibility

To use InstaAutopilot you must:

• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Be at least 18 years of age

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InstaAutopilot to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Meta's Platform Policies
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Automate behaviour that violates Meta's automation policies
• Engage in any illegal activity

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected Instagram account. InstaAutopilot acts only on instructions you configure and is not responsible for content published or messages sent through your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

InstaAutopilot is a subscription-based service. Fees are charged monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or Instagram API changes made by Meta.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or Meta's platform policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
